Job Description Summary:
The Learning & Development Assistant Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that support the organization's talent development strategy. This role includes conducting needs assessments, developing training content, managing learning initiatives, and measuring training effectiveness to drive employee growth and organizational performance. In addition, the role will initiate and implement organizational change management initiatives and internal campaigns that support capability building and cultural enhancement across the company.
Experience in leadership development, new hire onboarding programs, and team building programs is highly preferred. The position may require travel to various training locations and learning sites. The ideal candidate is capable of managing diverse stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional projects, and promoting learning culture within a fast-paced business environment.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Program Design & Delivery
  • Design, develop, and facilitate training programs across various domains including leadership development, new hire onboarding, team building, business skills, and AI learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to determine required learning interventions.
  • Develop training materials, instructional content, and digital learning resources aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for employees at various levels.

2. AI & Digital Learning Enablement
  • Plan and implement AI learning initiatives to enhance digital competencies, productivity, and adoption of emerging tools.
  • Curate and introduce relevant AI-based learning content and upskilling programs for employees.
  • Monitor industry trends in learning technologies and recommend best practices.

3. Learning Operations & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage end-to-end learning logistics including scheduling, communication, venue arrangements, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of L&D initiatives.
  • Administer learning systems (e.g., LMS) and maintain accurate learner data and training records.

4. Organizational Change Management & Culture Campaigns
  • Initiate and implement organizational change management efforts that support capability growth and cultural development.
  • Plan and execute internal learning campaigns to encourage participation and foster a continuous learning culture.
  • Support talent development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, and career development programs.

5. Evaluation & Reporting
  • Measure learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership, onboarding, or team-based training programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in AI learning, digital upskilling, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technology tools.
