As a Learning & Development Partner at MGM National Harbor, you'll help shape the future of our leadership and elevate the guest and employee experience. You'll bring energy, creativity, and impact to every training, initiative, and partnership-helping leaders grow and teams thrive in a world-class resort environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Facilitate and support leadership development programs, trainings, and new hire orientations
  • Partner with HR, Guest Experience, and operations leaders to assess development needs
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver learning solutions that drive performance and engagement
  • Utilize learning technology platforms to track progress, measure success, and identify skills gaps
  • Analyze data, track metrics, and report on training effectiveness and ROI
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials using Microsoft Office tools
  • Plan and manage training logistics, including schedules, materials, and classroom setup
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
  • Support a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning
  • Provide exceptional service while building strong relationships across all levels

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in adult learning, training and/or facilitation

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$61,300.00 - $81,800.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
