The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for helping to develop and deliver training programs to employees across the organization along with data tracking for training compliance and effectiveness. This role will primary be based out of our Bolingbrook, IL facility. This is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solina Group on the design and development of training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Involved with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials used for various training programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning
  • Help assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the learning management system and ensure training records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Collaborate with employees and managers on performance management, career paths, and individual development plans
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in L&D and/or training
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
