At Huntington Learning Center, we've been changing students' lives since 1977. We provide personalized instruction in reading, writing, math, study skills, and test preparation (ACT/SAT) to students in grades K-12. Our mission is to give every student the best education possible by building confidence, skills, and motivation.

As a Program Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our students and families have an outstanding experience from enrollment through program completion. You'll work closely with families, teachers, and the Center Director to coordinate student programs, monitor progress, and keep our center running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, education, admissions, sales, program coordination, marketing, or office administration preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and support students and families throughout their Huntington experience.
  • Coordinate student schedules and oversee daily center operations.
  • Communicate with parents regarding scheduling and attendance.
  • Monitor student progress and recommend program adjustments.
  • Train, mentor, and support instructional staff.
  • Observe teachers and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure instruction meets Huntington brand standards.
  • Teach students and provide classroom coverage as needed.
  • Assist with student enrollment, orientations, and academic evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation.
  • Support local marketing and community outreach efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current families.
  • Partner with the Center Manager to achieve enrollment, retention, and student success goals.
