JOB DESCRIPTION
The Expanded Learning Program Coordinator position is responsible to the Executive Director. The Expanded Learning Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the school's Extended Learning Program, following state and federal funding guidelines for the program(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification.)
-Provide regular ongoing support and assistance to the school's extended learning programs.
-Disseminate Expanded Learning Program-related information and guidance from CDE/SDCOE.
-Complete and submit required compliance reports.
-Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of all before and after school and summer Expanded Learning Programs and activities for participating sites.
-Coordinate the marketing and promotion of Extended Learning Programs with the community and staff.
-Coordinate training, communication, service delivery, and data collection.
-Coordinate data collection for program evaluation, assist in the preparation of reports and make programmatic recommendations based on evaluation outcomes.
-Assist in the monitoring, and maintain program budget, meeting school accounting and budgetary requirements.
-Monitor all attendance records and financial accounts to ensure fiscal accountability.
-Analyze and project student ADA for Extended Learning Programs.
-Assist in the preparation of and submit school, state, and federal reports.
-Help prepare information for audits.
-Assist in the recruitment of qualified Expanded Learning Program staff.
-Train and supervise Extended Learning Program staff.
-Conduct observations on a regular basis.
-Plan and conduct parent/community meetings
-Perform other duties as assigned.
