Program Overview:

  • Hands-OnFieldTraining:Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations, working alongside crews and developing a comprehensive understanding of landscape production and branch operations.
  • Job Shadowing:Gain exposure to key areas of the business byobservingand engaging with teams involved inProject Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations to gain a deeper understanding of daily workflows and responsibilities.
  • Dedicated Mentorship:Work alongside an experienced mentor who will guide your progress, offer regular feedback, and support your professional development throughout the internship.
  • Management & Leadership Development:Gain exposure to team building, professional etiquette, communication, leadership, and management best practices to help prepare you for future roles.
  • Collaborative Team Environment:Contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside skilled professionals and fellow interns, fostering teamwork and shared learning.
  • Professional Networking:Build lasting relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders within the organization, expanding your professional network and industry connections.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalentrequired
  • Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree inHorticulture,TurfManagement,Agribusiness,BusinessManagement,OperationsManagement,ConstructionManagement,orrelatedfield.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs
  • Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties
  • Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
