Position OverviewAd Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking dependable, compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or gaining hands-on experience in behavioral services.Behavior Technicians provide direct support to children and families while implementing individualized treatment goals under the direction of the clinical team. Through evidence-based ABA interventions, technicians help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while supporting reductions in behaviors that may interfere with learning, safety, or independence.Services are primarily provided in client homes and community-based settings according to each client's individual treatment needs. Most sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on client needs and employee availability.Pay Range: $20–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants.Key ResponsibilitiesBehavior Technicians are an essential part of the client's treatment team. If a client cancels 30 minutes or less before the scheduled session start time, and/or the technician has already departed for the session, the technician may receive up to 2 hours of paid cancellation time.
