Job description

At Enable Education, we take learning seriously-but ourselves? Not so much. We're a fully remote team of creative minds, coffee enthusiasts, and GIF connoisseurs who believe that work should be meaningful and fun-without the corporate grind.

Our mission is to shake up how people teach and learn. We build innovative, hands-on learning experiences that are inclusive, engaging, and anything but boring. From custom simulations to technical training platforms, our work helps organizations actually change how people learn-not just check boxes.

As our client list grows, we're looking for a seasoned Learning Experience Designer who wants to do meaningful, hands-on work, grow their craft, and escape the bureaucracy of traditional L&D roles.

Check out who we are!

Flexible, remote-first lifestyle
Work from anywhere in Canada and shape your day around your life. We operate with core collaboration hours of 10:00 AM-3:00 PM EST, with flexibility outside that window.

Meaningful, portfolio-worthy work
We've created custom learning solutions for organizations like the Canadian Welding Bureau and FIRST-projects we actually want to show off.

Mentorship and craft development
Work closely with senior leaders who care deeply about intentional learning design, storytelling, and continuous improvement.

  • Creative problem-solving - You think beyond templates and build engaging solutions.
  • Collaboration energy - You enjoy building ideas with others and iterating together.
  • Detail obsession - You catch the small things that make the big picture work.
