About the Job:

The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development plays a key role in delivering and evolving Yum!'s global leadership development experiences for above-restaurant leaders. As part of the Learning Center of Excellence, this role partners closely with brand and functional leaders to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences and contribute to a seamless, impactful employee experience.

As the Associate Manager you will serve as a learning partner to Pizza Hut, helping connect leaders to the right development opportunities, supporting the execution of global programs, and contributing to the continued evolution of integrated and insight-driven learning across Yum!.

This role also offers the opportunity to build broader end-to-end learning capability over time, including exposure to both delivery and select design-related work, in support of evolving brand and business needs.

You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary Range: 

$99,200- $116,700 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years supporting learning, talent, or HR initiatives (preferably in a global organization)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience building relationships across functions and levels; ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable solutions

  • Experience supporting and delivering learning programs (virtual and/or in-person), with ability to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate trainings as needed

  • Exposure to or experience in instructional design or content development is preferred

  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to engage and adapt to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders

  • Experience using technology to support learning and operations (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems, HRIS such as Oracle)

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced global, evolving environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
