As an Recruitment Consultant on our Construction & Property team, you will own the full recruitment cycle โ€” building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering placements across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities. This is a 360ยฐ sales and recruitment role where your results are directly tied to your effort and ambition.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL ACTUALLY DO

Business Development

  • Develop new business relationships and maintain your network of client companies through business development calls, client visits, networking, and entertainment events
  • Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business
