The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the firm's learning programs and systems. This role is responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), distributing talent assessments, managing logistics for training sessions, and providing support for learning initiatives. Our ideal team member is passionate about organizational learning and employee development.

Responsibilities
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support
    • Assist in implementation of new learning management system
    • Upload internal content items and maintain LinkedIn Learning course library
    • Create courses and assign training to appropriate groups
    • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed
    • Generate reports on course completion and learner engagement
  • Training Logistics
    • Assist in coordinating live training sessions (virtual and in-person)
    • Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, and post-session evaluations
    • Prepare training materials and ensure technology readiness for sessions
    • Order supplies/food/swag for in-person sessions and manage the related expenses
    • Manage room requests, reservations, and set-up details
    • Submit names for continuing education credit with outside professional organizations
  • Talent Assessment Coordination
    • Distribute and track talent assessments for employees (e.g., Gallup CliftonStrengths)
    • Ensure timely completion and entry of results into appropriate system
    • Manage team assignments and compile results for reporting
  • Team and Program Support
    • Provide administrative support for L&D projects and programs
    • Assist in the execution of learning initiatives and training programs
    • Submit service tickets for internal support from Marketing, MediaLab, and Office Services
    • Manage inbound service tickets requesting for L&D support
    • Manage the Corgan University training room calendar and usage
    • Stay current with L&D Industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years experience in human resources, training, or education
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Survey Platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, MS Forms)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in coordinating events or training sessions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with others and collaborate
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software and online platforms

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
