Job Purpose

Provide administrative support to Honda’s Learning Management System (LMS) regionally.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of training content for both internally created courses as well as externally sourced material to ensure effective operation within the LMS.
  • Manage course content and availability for new and/or re-occurring courses aligning to existing schedules of offerings and contractual agreements.
  • Manage various LMS Innovation Activities.
  • Support upload of training course completion information for mass training events to accurately identify training completion status.
  • Work with team to send course materials to sites for instructor led classes if necessary.
  • Execute course and status reporting both following existing SOP's and templates as well as adhoc requests.
  • Work with various locations on the LMS functionality and user troubleshooting.
  • Ability to process associate transcripts based on various Customer requests.
  • Support records pull for SOX audits related to Legal, CCE and HR classes.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in the information system field or related experience
