The Talent Development Consultant (Learning Experience Designer) is responsible for designing and implementing learning journeys and leveraging knowledge management techniques to equip associates with the technical skills to perform effectively throughout all areas of the organization. Skill sets used in this role include but are not limited to instructional design, facilitating, knowledge management and financial services. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designs, curates, coordinates, and delivers a variety of learning activities (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and online; structured and self-discovery; synchronous and asynchronous) to build technical skills for associates throughout the organization.
  • Consults with business leads, subject matter experts, and shared service units to conduct needs assessments, identify training requirements, customize training content to learning personas, and drive value through learning engagements.
  • Enhances and drives usage of all aspects of the knowledge management ecosystem, including drafting content; upskilling and supporting knowledge champions; and executing on strategies to increase knowledge sharing.
