The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities.

Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Complete the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for your dedicated Sales Reps to close.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to identify accounts and prospects that have a propensity to buy, then act on this information using the resources at hand.
  • Hunt new prospective accounts and contacts to qualify a lead through the earliest stages of the sales cycle process.
  • Ask questions to uncover a customer’s need, authority, urgency, and ability to purchase and position D&B’s value against those needs.
  • Actively manage time with an emphasis on daily prospecting, activities, and learning & development.
  • Additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Associate's Degree: Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
  • Strong communication skills who can utilize their relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co-workers alike
  • Strong knowledge of current Dun & Bradstreet solutions
  • Creative and innovative thinker who can look outside of the box to demonstrate continued value from the relationship and maintain customer loyalty
  • Strong execution skills—can get work done efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
