Job description

Adirondack Beverages is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our onsite Product Development team. This entry-level role sits at the center of new item creation, data systems and quality assurance. This is a great opportunity to build a career in beverage manufacturing, gain cross-functional experience, while making an immediate impact on our operations.

*This is an in-office position, remote work will not be considered*

What You’ll Do

System & Data Management

  • Accurately enter all new product items into our ERP system and maintain clean and up‑to‑date records.
  • Manage and process ongoing system updates to ensure product data remains accurate across departments.
  • Support the department by maintaining accessible, well‑organized documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Review system updates and provide backup support to audit the accuracy of system revisions and additions.

Raw Material Inspection

  • Inspect all incoming graphic packaging materials – including but not limited to labels, cans, and film, against established quality and brand standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, variations, or changes in packaging graphics and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Proactively communicate new items and any observed packaging changes or issues to relevant departments
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of materials and findings.
  • Assist with auditing and updating Product Development documentation, including but not limited to: Finished Product Specifications, Quality and Audit-related records.
  • Participate in product tastings and sensory evaluations, supporting new product development, reformulations, and comparative testing
