Work Arrangement: This is ahybrid positionrequiring candidates to workon-site at least 2 days per weekat our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

About the Role (Job Summary):

The Sr. Change Management Specialist & Training plays a critical role in enabling enterprisewide transformation, innovation, and adoption initiatives across McKesson Canada. This role leads the design and execution of change management, learning, and adoption strategies that support new ways of working, digital transformation, and capability building.

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with business leaders, Innovation teams, Analytics, and HR/Organizational Effectiveness to drive organizational readiness, accelerate adoption, and embed sustainable behaviours. This role combines organizational change management, training strategy, communications, and stakeholder enablement to ensure transformation outcomes are realized.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead and execute change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and embed new behaviours across enterprise innovation and transformation initiatives.

  • Design and deliver training and learning solutions aligned to change strategies, including learning pathways, leaderled sessions, workshops, and enterprise enablement programs.

  • Develop and execute change and communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, people leaders, and frontline teams.

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide readiness assessments, leader enablement, coaching, and change impact analysis.

  • Plan and coordinate enterprisewide engagement forums, learning events, and communities of practice that support innovation and change maturity.

  • Collaborate with internal platform owners (e.g., SharePoint, digital learning tools) to develop and maintain change and training resource hubs.

  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and feedback across change channels; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Support transformation maturity by strengthening capabilities, mindsets, and behaviours through targeted learning and engagement approaches.

  • Deliver professional presentations and facilitate sessions for crossfunctional and seniorlevel audiences.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management or transformationfocused roles.

  • Background in digital transformation, innovation enablement, or enterprise change initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, crossfunctional change initiatives.

  • Experience supporting leadership enablement and executivelevel change initiatives.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, learning solutions, or enablement activities.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and change adoption.

  • Experience and comfort using AI-assisted tools.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience applying formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP or similar).

  • Knowledge of learning design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.

  • Experience working in highly matrixed environments.

  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatedindustry experience.
