We're looking for a Learning & Development Design Specialist to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that help associates grow, develop, and succeed. In this role, you'll build and maintain a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, eLearning programs, and visual learning materials, while partnering with collaborators across TJX Canada. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of relative work experience; Instructional Design, e-learning design, facilitation experience is an asset.
- Adult Learning or Instructional Design certificate/program completion.
- Knowledge of Articulate (Storyline and/or Rise).
- Graphics design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) is an asset.
