The Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team is seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings.

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making.
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong project management and communication skills. Key job responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content

Learning Experience Designer, you'll design learning programs impacting associates across our global hiring operations. Your day might start with project kick-offs, collaborating with stakeholders to define learning objectives.
