How you'll contribute
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director and PPS Coordinator by managing schedules, reports, regulatory documentation, quality data, IRF-PAI/PPS tracking, meeting coordination, and departmental communications. Supports compliance, performance improvement, and efficient program operations.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, and reports.
  • Assist with IRF-PAI, PPS, quality, and regulatory tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain databases, records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on required documentation and action items.
  • Support audits, accreditation activities, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison among leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and requirements:
