Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.56hr - $21.56hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience facilitating discussions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and other sensitive workplace topics.
  • Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate instructor-led training programs in both in-person and virtual environments using established curricula and learning materials.
  • Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
