The Role

Join Capco's Global Internal Applications team and help support the technology used by more than 9,000 colleagues across the globe. Working within a collaborative, global team, you'll provide functional and technical support across our HR and Financial systems while contributing to new implementations and continuous improvements. What You'll Do

  • Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, recruitment and financial applications, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues while monitoring system performance and business processes.
  • Work closely with global business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional enhancements and system improvements.
  • Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing administration of new internal applications as our technology landscape evolves.
  • Contribute ideas, best practices and process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably HR, recruitment or financial systems.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Microsoft Office and application support methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently while building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across global teams.
