Position Summary
High-impact marketing leader for a fast-growing vertical SaaS company in the telecom industry. This is a hands-on, AI-first leadership role for a builder who knows how to scale pipeline, brand, and customer engagement by leveraging automation, data, and modern marketing technology to do more with less.
The ideal candidate is a true player-coach who combines strategy, creativity, and execution to drive measurable revenue impact without building inefficient processes. This leader will modernize marketing operations through AI-driven workflows, scalable systems, and high-leverage programs that maximize ROI across every channel.
Reporting to the President, the Head of Marketing owns the full go-to-market marketing strategy across demand generation, ABM, customer marketing, product marketing, content, digital, events, and sales enablement - partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth.
What You'll Own
  • Build and execute a modern, AI-powered marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth
  • Drive pipeline generation through scalable, data-driven omni-channel programs
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and reduce operational overhead
  • Optimize marketing performance across digital, content, ABM, events, lifecycle, and partner marketing
  • Create customer marketing programs that increase retention, expansion, advocacy, and product adoption
  • Partner with Sales to improve pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue outcomes
  • Lead product launches and translate technical capabilities into compelling business value
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, speed, innovation, and measurable results
  • Maximize agency, contractor, and technology investments to extend team impact without unnecessary headcount

Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience
  • Proven success scaling marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment, via small teams and automations
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, revenue marketing, and pipeline ownership
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing performance and efficiency
  • Deep experience across digital, content, ABM, product marketing, events, and customer marketing
  • Analytical, resourceful, and execution-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex ideas into clear business value

Benefits
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans with 401K match, remote work stipend, Learning & Development fund, and flexible vacation and PTO.
  • Professional development opportunities and career growth within an innovative and rapidly growing company.
  • Flexible work arrangements with a remote-first approach.

Work Environment
  • This role will be based in US, with preference for Eastern Time Zone.
  • In any remote and/or hybrid role you are expected to have a designated space that is conducive to productivity and conducting confidential video calls. VETRO will assist with technology needed to set up your home office, as well as offer a semi-monthly internet stipend. While working remotely, you are expected to be distraction-free from non-work responsibilities during working hours.
