The Learning Content Associate is a collaborative and detail-oriented role supporting Ware Malcomb's internal training and development programs. Reporting to the Knowledge Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing team member development, productivity, and performance through engaging learning content. You will assist in preparing and editing video content, managing training logistics, and supporting companywide learning initiatives.
Your Role
  • Support the Knowledge Manager in using AI and video editing tools to help generate training outlines, assessments, and video content, including producing training audio and creating accompanying graphics and slides.
  • Maintain LMS content by updating courses, conducting recurring reviews, ensuring proper tagging, and supporting platform evaluation and implementation as the firm adopts updated tools. Assist with managing communications, tracking completions, and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Partner with discipline and enterprise teams to maintain and update team-specific onboarding paths, including managing automated onboarding rules. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, conduct recurring reviews to keep materials current, and collect feedback to improve the new hire experience.
  • Support the re-establishment of Ware Malcomb's internship program, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR on communications, planning, and intern kickoff events.
  • Maintain the firmwide WMU training calendar and coordinate presenter kickoffs, touch bases, and run-throughs, supporting at least one firmwide presentation per month plus WMU Leadership special sessions. Upload recordings, post session recaps, and help promote upcoming sessions firmwide.
  • Help analyze the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement.
  • Support scheduling and calendar coordination for additional companywide learning and development programs.
  • Promote learning initiatives through internal channels such as The Hub (Ware Malcomb's intranet), the WM Leader Newsletter, MS Teams, and other communication platforms.
  • Assist with applying training courses for continuing education credits, tracking application status, and communicating approvals firmwide.
  • Support the Knowledge Manager in organizing and maintaining training content and knowledge-sharing resources on The Hub.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in Learning & Development to support innovation and relevance in training programs.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Strategic Initiatives team as needed. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field which could include educational sciences, organizational development, human resources, or other related fields
  • 1-2 years of work experience, which includes development training programs or instructional design
  • Basic instructional design skills, preferably with exposure to e-Learning and self-guided learning
  • Familiarity with program coordination
  • Basic instructional design skills with a focus in e-Learning and self-guided learning
  • Foundational project coordination skills with a willingness to learn program management
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional team members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to collective goals
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and effectively prioritize workload

$21 - $27 an hour

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. At Ware Malcomb, certain roles are bonus eligible.
