How you will make a difference: 

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine of our sales team, focusing on booking qualified meetings and generating new business opportunities.

In this role, you will research priority accounts, identify key decision-makers, and use daily buying signals to write relevant, personalized messages. You will work closely with an Account Executive to hand off high-quality pipeline, master the foundational tools of modern sales, and learn the skills needed to grow your career in SaaS.

You'll Get To:
  • Drive the Pipeline: Prospect, educate, and develop leads through outbound outreach to book meetings and create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Run Daily Outreach: Execute consistent outreach across multiple channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with managers and leaders across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams.
  • Partner with AEs: Work closely with your assigned Account Executive(s) to pass along detailed discovery data and ensure a seamless handoff for every booked meeting.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Learn and master the core tools of the trade, including Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data tools to find the right prospects.
  • Hit Your Goals: Move fast, stay organized, and consistently hit your monthly quota for completed meetings and qualified pipeline.
  • Learn and Grow: Participate in regular sales trainings and onboarding programs to sharpen your prospecting, communication, and overall sales skills.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights from your daily conversations with the wider team to help optimize messaging and sales processes.

  • 1-2+ years of professional working experience (SaaS or corporate experience preferred, but not required).
  • Strong Communication Skills: You are articulate, succinct, and comfortable communicating with corporate professionals both over the phone and in writing.

  • Detail & Data Focused: Organized enough to maintain clean account data in Salesforce and follow a structured daily outreach process.

The average annual cash compensation for this role is $62,000 and includes hourly base pay of $29.80 and target variable pay of $24,000 (actual payout is subject to the percentage attainment of specific sales goals). The total compensation package also includes equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
