Luxury Hotel | Nashville, TN

Salary: $70,000–$75,000


A luxury hotel in Nashville is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Learning and Development Manager to support a culture of service excellence, growth, and genuine hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people succeed. The Learning and Development Manager will coordinate training programs, support new hire orientation, partner with department leaders, and help team members build the skills and confidence needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


What You’ll Do

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning materials

Lead and support new hire orientation and onboarding

Partner with department leaders to identify training needs

Support employee development, mentorship, and growth opportunities

Track training participation, feedback, and program effectiveness

Champion Forbes-level service standards and a culture of continuous learning


What We’re Looking For

2+ years of learning and development, talent management, or leadership development experience

Hotel, hospitality, or luxury service experience strongly preferred

Forbes standards experience, from a Forbes Four or Five Star hotel, highly preferred

Strong communication, organization, presentation, and follow-through

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva experience a plus

A confident, engaging professional who connects easily with team members and leaders
