The opportunity

Step into a role where learning drives performance and people growth. As a Training & Development Leader, you will shape how capability is built across the factory by designing, deploying, and managing training systems that strengthen engagement, skill development, and organizational performance.

Working closely with factory leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support teams, this role ensures training solutions are aligned with company standards and best practices while responding to real business needs. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement-using adult learning methodologies, coaching techniques, and lean principles to create impactful learning experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy to execution, influencing across teams, and translating learning into measurable results. Your work will directly support workforce readiness, operational excellence, and longterm organizational transformation

How you'll make an impact

  • Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs that build skills, performance, and engagement.

  • Partner with HUB leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support functions to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

  • Enhance onboarding programs to support successful integration and early productivity.

  • Track, analyze, and act on training KPIs to improve program effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals.

  • Maintain and optimize training systems to track, monitor, and measure learning effectiveness.

  • Develop training materials and empower Trainers to deliver engaging sessions using adult learning principles.

  • Promote accountability for training through insights on engagement and capability development.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs.

  • Handson experience with lean management systems.

  • Experience working in a fastpaced, evolving, matrixed manufacturing environment.

  • Strong project management capability, including stakeholder engagement and milestone delivery.
