Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Manager, Learning & Development working at our Trenton Brewery (onsite five days per week - minutes for Cincinnati, OH),you will be part of the US People Development team. The person will be responsible for implementation of the annual and multi-year learning strategy for the plant as aligned to the North American (or Regional) People Development learning strategies and initiatives.
This is a key leadership role in the plant to ensure consistent application of established learning and development principles and standards, and key interface role with corporate People Development in order to drive a consistent, division-wide strategy.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues (Learning and Development Specialist and Technicians) and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
  • Develop and champion the overall learning strategy for the plant that is consistent with the North American (or Regional) People Development Learning strategy and World Class Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Support outputs from the Talent Management process, including identifying/securing Global North American (or Regional) Leadership Development aligned learning solutions to address individual and collective needs
  • Ensure engagement, buy-in and adherence to "one-way" approach with plant leadership, employees and the People Development team
  • Ensure all training conducted at the local level is consistent with the established standards of excellence that have been established by the corporate learning and development community.
  • Implement corporate Education and Training best practice strategy and facilitate integration of best practices, processes and standards at plant level.

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in organizational development, human resources, business or another related field, or equivalent experience
  • You have 7+ years of experience in L&D, ideally with experience in direct application of adult learning methodologies and a familiarity with a manufacturing environment, and experience working within a matrix environment.
  • Your experience with manufacturing means you also know and understand lean manufacturing methodologies and world class manufacturing principles.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $97,400.00 - $127,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
