Seeking a motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about employee development, training, learning experiences, and supporting organizational growth. Client Details A reputable Food and beverage manufacturing company.

Description The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience. This role will support the coordination and administration of training programs, employee learning initiatives, onboarding activities, and professional development opportunities across the organization. Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.

Schedule training sessions, workshops, webinars, and learning events. Manage training calendars, participant registrations, attendance records, and learning materials. Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Support the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and employee learning platforms. Track training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications related to learning initiatives.

Partner with HR, managers, and department leaders to identify training needs. Assist with employee engagement, professional development, and career growth initiatives. Maintain accurate training documentation and compliance records.

Help facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions. Provide excellent customer service and support to employees participating in learning programs. Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications, Business, Sociology, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for employee development, learning, and supporting others. Preferred:- Master's degree in Social Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field.

Internship, volunteer, or early professional experience in: Learning & Development Talent Development Human Resources Training & Development Employee Experience Organizational Development Social Impact Programs Leadership Development Workforce Development Experience supporting workshops, training programs, onboarding, or employee engagement initiatives. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
