Opportunity:
Kem Krest is seeking a strategic and results-driven Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning and development programs. This role is responsible for building scalable learning experiences that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. The Learning & Development Manager will partner with leaders across the business to identify capability needs, develop role-based learning pathways, and implement modern learning solutions that support employee growth, leadership development, and long-term business success.
The role is Remote based out of our headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana, with periodic travel to company locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce capability needs, skill gaps, and development priorities.
  • Design and maintain role-based learning pathways for employees, frontline leaders, managers, and emerging leaders.
  • Develop enterprise learning roadmaps, curriculum frameworks, and development plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, source, and facilitate learning experiences through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning methods.
  • Create learner materials, facilitator guides, job aids, toolkits, and supporting development resources.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives that strengthen management effectiveness and employee growth.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and business owner for learning technologies, systems, and platforms.
  • Manage learning content, assignments, curricula, learner records, reporting, and learning pathways.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR partners, and business leaders to develop practical, scalable learning solutions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through participation data, feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning programs, delivery methods, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, leadership growth, and organizational capability building across the company.

Your Contributions:
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and facilitating learning and development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning effectiveness practices.
  • Experience conducting learning needs assessments and translating business needs into development solutions.
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning technology platform.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technologies.
  • Preferred experience with leadership development programs, competency frameworks, and blended learning solutions.
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, HRCI, Prosci, or related credentials are a plus.
