About the Role

Join us in leading the team that fuels our growth. The Intake Manager is responsible for maximizing conversion performance, developing top talent, and creating a best-in-class client experience. Through coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision making, you'll help build a high performing culture while delivering consistent, predictable results that drive business success.

In addition to hourly compensation, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives.

Your Key Contributions

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Leads and Specialists, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Drive conversion, client experience, and operational results by analyzing performance data, reviewing consultations, identifying trends, and implementing strategies that improve outcomes and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with Leadership, Training, and Quality Assurance to ensure alignment on staffing, reporting, compliance, coaching standards, quality expectations, and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, development, recognition, performance improvement plans, and resolution of complex client escalations.
  • Maintain excellence in execution by ensuring adherence to firm policies, CRM documentation standards, and consultation best practices, while stepping in to support consultations and model expected behaviors when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1 Required
  • Highschool diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated, articulable conversion performance results.
  • 2-4 years previous experience leading a team.
  • Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred.
  • CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce preferred).
  • Phone and video consultation execution to support overflow volume and maintain service levels as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications / Leadership Competencies
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, trust, and collaboration.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, effectively managing performance issues, client escalations, and other high-impact situations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, diagnosing gaps, and translating insights into actionable coaching and business improvements.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills, collaborating cross-functionally with leadership and key stakeholders to align on performance, staffing, and operational priorities.
  • Hands-on coaching and client management experience, including consultation observation, real-time feedback, and resolution of complex client concerns to drive exceptional outcomes.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Local time.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $68.000-$73.500, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role's location and may be outside of this range. Candidates should expect offers that reflect their individual qualifications, experience, and location. The salary provided is directional, and actual compensation may vary.
