We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. This role works closely with center leadership, teaching staff, children, and families to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Center leadership team.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center.
  • Greet families and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule tours, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records.
