Job description

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage learning and development programs that support employee growth and business performance. This role will leverage Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to administer training programs, track learning effectiveness, and ensure a seamless learner experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent development, instructional design, and using learning technology to drive employee engagement and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Workday Learning (LMS), including course creation, assignments, curricula, certifications, and reporting.
  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding, early career, leadership, and professional development programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers.
  • Track, analyze, and report learning metrics to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
  • Maintain learning content libraries and ensure training materials remain current and relevant.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including competency development, career pathways, and succession planning.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Workday Learning users.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday Learning (LMS).
  • Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing learning projects and collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reporting, learning analytics, and measuring training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with leadership development and competency framework design.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory).
  • Experience supporting early career or workforce development programs.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
  • Workday Learning certification or advanced LMS administration experience.
