Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and an Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy specializing in Digital Transformations. They are seeking a QA Test Lead to lead and manage a team of QA testers, design automated test cases, and ensure comprehensive testing across various layers of the system.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Leapwork, ensuring effective coverage of modular and microservices systems.
• Develop and write test cases for seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, facilitating continuous testing and deployment processes.
• Coordinate with multiple vendor teams to align testing strategies, manage deliverables, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct testing across various layers, including UI, API, and database, ensuring thorough validation of functionalities and data integrity.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of issues, working with development teams to resolve defects and improve system quality.
• Create detailed and effective test cases and scripts for functional, integration, and performance testing, ensuring all aspects of the system are thoroughly tested.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test cases, results, defect tracking, and testing processes. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• Experience in ServiceNOW tool, integration with Leapwork tool is a plus.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Overall 10+ years' experience in Quality Assurance with a strong background in automated testing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Leapwork.
• Experience in working with modular and microservices systems.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools, including Leapwork.
• Experience with UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience writing and integrating test cases into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
