Job description

The Role:

As a Solution Consultant at Leapwork, you engage with enterprise customers and partners across complex sales cycles, guiding them from initial discovery through executive playback, solution design, and business value articulation.

Your primary focus is consultative solution selling, partnering with customers to understand their business objectives, shape technical solutions, and demonstrate measurable value across Leapwork's platform capabilities. You will work across multiple stakeholders both within the prospect organization and internally at Leapwork.

You play a critical role in early discovery, deliver compelling value-based demonstrations, conduct business value assessments and technical deep dives, and support differentiated proof-of-value engagements, all culminating in strategic playback to executive audiences.

Success in this role requires a balance of collaboration and individual ownership. You are expected to operate with autonomy while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and to act as a feedback loop for the business by sharing insights from the field that help refine product direction, messaging, and competitive positioning.

This role reflects Leapwork's evolution from a product-focused offering to a broader platform and value-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative discovery to understand customer goals, challenges, and success criteria
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations and technical walkthroughs aligned to business outcomes
  • Support technical validation and proof-of-value engagements
  • Partner closely with Sales to influence deal strategy and qualification
  • Articulate Leapwork's value proposition across platform capabilities
  • Share structured feedback from the field to inform Product and GTM teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years pre-sales experience and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • Experience with and knowledge of the software development lifecycle. (Testing domain knowledge is not mandatory but would be beneficial)
  • Preferably experience with MEDDIC sales methodology as the Leapwork sales concept is based upon this framework
  • Curiosity and intelligence to proficiently uncover, understand and absorb new information
  • A highly structured mindset with tenacity and persistence to get things done
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • High energy and attention to detail
