Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lean Specialist to join our Innovation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous improvement, collaborative problem-solving, and building a culture of operational excellence. You'll work closely with project teams and leadership to implement Lean principles and drive measurable improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and Last Plannerยฎ sessions.
  • Support teams in applying Lean tools such as A3 Thinking, Target Value Delivery, and Choosing by Advantages (CBA).
  • Develop and maintain visual management systems and standardized work instructions.
  • Identify and eliminate waste, variation, and overburden in workflows.
  • Track Lean metrics and report on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating Lean training materials and onboarding content.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and Lean roadmap development within the Innovation Department.

Position Requirements
Typical qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in construction or operations with exposure to Lean principles. Familiarity with Lean Construction Institute and services. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Willingness to travel to project sites across the Enterprise locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
