Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $135000.00 - $182000.00

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregonโ€™s scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Cardiology NP or PA to join a growing outpatient cardiology program.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team within a true community hospital model serving rural and underserved populations throughout the region.


Position Highlights
  • 100% outpatient cardiology
  • No call responsibilities
  • Flexible scheduling with 4-day workweek option
  • Join a lean, highly collaborative cardiology team:
    • 1 Cardiologist
    • 1 dedicated PA
  • Strong APP autonomy with physician support
  • AI scribe support + dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio)
  • Focus on:
    • Cardiac follow-ups
    • EKG interpretation
    • Surgical clearance evaluations
    • Chronic cardiovascular disease management
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary starting around $135K+
  • $135k - $182K+ based on experience
  • $10Kโ€“$15K sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
  • NP or PA certification required
