ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managethedigitaldexteritypipeline

  • Operate theplatform-signalpipeline and standingcadencewith DD (regular briefings forupcomingplatform/toolchangesand roadmap timing).

  • Lead SMEcontributionsto theChangeImpactAssessment(CIA):classifyimpact (high/medium/low),adviseon appropriateenablementresponses, andrecommendtimelines andresourceneeds.

  • Serveasthe technicalaccuracygate forplatform-specificDD assets: validate "howitworksatTakeda"guidance,maintainFAQs/known-issues, anddefinepracticalguardrails andapprovedpractices.

  • Signoff on technicalcontentpriortopublishto reducelearnerconfusionandrework.

  • Owndelivery of high-credibilityenablementmoments: demos, office hours, tech-update sessions, SME Q&A, and SMEstaffingfor DD Live/regionalevents.

  • Developreusabledeliveryplaybooks(runbooks, demo scripts, SME briefing notes) andensureenablementisconsistentlyhighqualityacrossregions.

  • Manageandgrowthe SME roster (Platform & ToolSMEs,enablementspecialists),includingscheduling,SLAs,rotationplans, andcapacityforecasting forlaunchesandsustainment.

  • Ensurecoverage forchampionscalls, office hours andlocalactivations, and coordinate SMEhandoffswith the ProductOwnerand Program Manager.

  • Translatetechnicalchangesignalsintoactionableinputs for the DD ProductOwnerandInstructionalDesigners (e.g., scope of work,recommendeddelivery formats,localizationconsiderations).

  • Ensureclearacceptancecriteriaandsign-offsfor tool-specificlearning assets.

  • Actastheprimaryliaison toplatform/productowners(DPE, Microsoft productowners, etc.),negotiatingSME access andinfluenceover timelines.

  • WorkcloselywithChangeEnablementtosequencemessagesand with Reporting &Measurementtoensuretelemetry/usageisinterpretedcorrectly.

  • Maintaina "technicalaccuracy" livingregister(knownissues,workarounds) and incorporate feedback loops from Champions andregionaldeliveryintoimprovements.

  • Drive post-release reviews for majorlaunchesandadaptSMEplaybookstominimizerecurringissues

  • Remaincurrentondigitalandemergingtechnologiesand trends.

  • Asamemberof theLearning & Developmentteam supportotherteam activitiesasneeded

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum7yearsexperiencein platform/product enablement, technical training, digital workplace operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise adoption.

  • Demonstrated experience managing SMEs and coordinating enterprise-scale enablement (large launches, multi-region events, or enterprise rollouts).

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation experience with product/platform teams; experienceestablishingSLAs and managing cross-functional dependencies.

  • Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint) and an appreciation for AI/agentic tooling (Copilot/myAibou).

  • Proven ability to create runbooks, knowledge bases, and repeatable delivery playbooks.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and translating strategy into operational plans.

  • Communication - ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive andappropriate manner.

  • Analytical Skills - ability toanalyzea wide variety of data and makeappropriate decisions.

  • Experience in managing multiplestakeholdersnetworks

  • A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables ina timelyand effective manner

  • Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Comfortable in a lean environment and skilled at applying automation or AI-enabled approaches to scale delivery.

  • Hands-on experience delivering demos and live enablement sessions at scale.

  • Experience contributing to Change Impact Assessment processes and aligning technical delivery to impact tiers.

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating capacitytradeoffsacross partner orgs.

  • Experience managing distributed SME teams and supporting global/regionally dispersed activations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical details into practitioner-friendly guidance.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$154,400.00 - $242,550.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
