Job description

The Arizona Fall League is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join the AFL team for the 2026 season (October through mid-November). The role will report directly to the Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor and assist with day-to-day social content execution.

Responsibilities

  • Edit daily graphics for all AFL social platforms (lineup graphics, postgame graphics, etc)
  • Work alongside Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor to create graphics for "jewel events" such as the AFL's Fall Stars game
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content
  • Be part of conversations for recurring projects
  • Stay current on design and social trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of Asana, Google apps and MS Office apps
  • Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of multiple social media platforms - specifically Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of baseball is a plus as it pertains to sports graphics
  • Ability to work night, weekends and overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
