  • Team Development: Conducting performance reviews, handling onboarding/compliance, and identifying internal talent for promotion.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (High-Volume preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate large teams.
  • Functional knowledge of BOH and Bar operations.
  • Tech-savvy (POS systems, Inventory software, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to stand and perform active duties for 10–14 hour shifts.
  • Strong math and financial comprehension (P&L, percentages, inventory).
