Locations and Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues with the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.
Required Qualifications

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
  • Willingness to relocate for one-year rotations. FLDPs will work in office locations in Hartford, CT and Cumberland, RI
  • Must have successfully completed CVS Health Corporate Internship Program


Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-1.5 years of related professional experience, preferably related finance or accounting internship or business experience
  • Technical skills with reporting, database and visualization using tools such as Excel, VBA, Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL
  • Transferable leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, school projects or at work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems or tasks
  • Interest in building a long-term career in Finance at CVS Health

Education

  • Anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date or equivalent experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
