Job Description:
Position Schedule/Shift: Service center hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the technician position and level.
Position Summary:
Launch your leadership journey with the Leadership Development Program, where you'll gain hands-on experience learning how to run and lead a successful Car Care Center from the ground up. In this role, you'll rotate through key areas of the business - from customer service and sales to operations and financial performance - building the skills needed to step into leadership positions. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, learning how to coach teams, manage daily operations, and drive results while delivering exceptional customer experience. If you're motivated to grow, ready to lead, and excited about making an impact, this program is your fast track to a dynamic leadership career.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.

  • Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.

  • Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

  • Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns, addressing complaints, and identifying opportunities to meet additional member/customer needs.

  • Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:
Required
  • High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification required

  • Valid driver's license required.

  • Two or more years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, assess risks, and make sound business decisions.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, build effective partnerships, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability.

  • Results-oriented leader who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and aligns decisions with organizational goals.

  • Effective communicator who builds productive relationships with leaders, peers, employees, partners, and customers to drive business success.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Environment:
  • May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.

  • This position involves standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)

  • Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning. Fans are present in all facilities.

  • Must be able to maintain working on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

Compensation
  • Leadership Development will earn a competitive salary of $55,000 - $80,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

Time Off & Leave
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment.

  • Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements.

  • Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.

  • Paid Holidays:

  • Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.

  • Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.

  • Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
