The F135 Program Office is seeking an EV/IMS Program Integration Manager to be the primary integration focal point for EVMS and IMS activity on the F135 development programs (i.e. Flight Test, Component Improvement Program, etc.).  

You will work in collaboration with the Program Financial teams, Scheduling teams, and WBS teams to ensure the program’s goals are achieved while maintaining high quality and full compliance. The responsibilities of this position include working with the F135 Development Program Manager to accomplish business and customer objectives by using past performance and trend analysis to make program management decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and execute the monthly business rhythm by guiding the WBS teams through the requirements including data and variance analyses, variance forecasting, EAC analysis, scheduling and customer reporting
  • Lead the monthly Cost and Schedule Data Review meeting and ensure quality data analysis, schedule management and adherence to compliance standards
  • Lead contractual EV/IMS deliverables such as IPMR, Comprehensive EAC reviews as well as Schedule Risk Assessments
  • Provide data for executive reviews, Incentive fee management, and other reporting as necessary
  • Lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparations and IBR reviews with customers and DCMA
  • Lead contract baselining efforts from initial planning through Discipline Chief review
  • Serve as level 3 CAM for Program (06.01) F135 Development EVMS and IMS requirements
  • Support Program Managers with budget management, data analysis and forecasting
  • Provide EV and IMS guidance to the PMO CAMs with data analysis, forecasting, variance explanations and schedule management
  • Drive continuous improvement in EV/IMS tools and processes by reporting systemic root causes and recommend corrective actions to the PMO Discipline Chiefs

  • Experience with performance tools such as WebEVM, Primavera, Business Warehouse, SAP, eCSVar, EV toolbox is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Office application knowledge such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • MBA and PMP certification
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills and have a track record for delivering results in a cross-functional team environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
