Impact of the Role
The Program Manager directly influences the effectiveness, readiness, and sustainment of Missile Warning capabilities. The role ensures integration and test activities are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and responsive to mission needs - while driving continuous improvement, successful transitions, and enterprise level coordination across FORGE and relates systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Program Manager and senior Missile Warning subject matter expert

  • Provide expert management and leadership for the Missile Warning Integration and Test team

  • Deliver senior-level independent consultation across technical and management domains

  • Lead problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and solution implementation

  • Provide strategic recommendations on Missile Warning system improvements, optimization, and sustainment

  • Support integration and test activities for complex systems fielded to operational environments

  • Manage and coordinate 24/7 operations support activities

  • Oversee training program development, personnel development, and transition management

  • Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, SSC, USSF, and enterprise partners

  • Experience supporting 24/7 mission operations environments

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
