Job description

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Agents. This is an opportunity for people who want to take control of their income, work from home, and help families protect their financial future. Agents work with clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage and need help selecting the right protection plan for themselves and their families.

In this role, you will speak with individuals who have requested information about life insurance, help them understand their coverage options, and match them with policies that fit their needs and budget. You will assist clients through the application process and provide guidance so they can make informed decisions about protecting their families financially. Agents also maintain relationships with clients and provide follow-up support when needed.

This position is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule. Agents have access to training, mentorship, and multiple top-rated insurance carriers. Pre-qualified leads may be available, and the onboarding process is designed to help agents get started quickly.

Compensation is commission-based with strong earning potential. Many first-year agents earn between $60,000 and $120,000 or more depending on performance, with additional opportunities for bonuses and advancement into leadership roles.
