Our client is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered coutnertop stone in Florida and Michigan with multiple locations and expanding. They are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs. They are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts and expand market presence in the Tampa region. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic sales team, foster strong partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
