Position Summary
Infinium is seeking a high-potential early-career engineer to join our growing Projects and Technical Business Development team. This role is designed for exceptional individuals with strong academic achievement, leadership experience, and the ambition to grow into future technical, operational and project development leadership roles within the company.

This position is ideal for someone with a Chemical Engineering background who is eager to apply their technical education across project execution, business development, supply chain coordination, operations, and commercialization within one of the most innovative sectors in energy and infrastructure today.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, commercial, operations, and project development teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of scaling a next-generation energy and infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities
• Support project execution activities across multiple Infinium Energy™ and Infinium Edge™ initiatives
• Assist with technical evaluations, process analysis, and project coordination activities
• Partner with engineering, commercial, procurement, and operations teams to support strategic business initiatives
• Help develop technical and commercial materials for customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Participate in equipment sourcing, vendor engagement, and supply chain coordination activities
• Support techno-economic analysis, project modeling, and commercialization efforts
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project development functions
• Develop a strong understanding of eFuels, carbon conversion technologies, thermal infrastructure, and large-scale industrial project execution
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership as part of Infinium’s long-term talent development strategy

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Strong academic performance with demonstrated leadership experience
• Internship, co-op, research, or project experience in engineering, energy, manufacturing, industrial processes, or infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn across technical and business disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree (M.S.) in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Leadership experience in professional, academic, or engineering organizations (e.g., NSBE, AIChE, SWE, SHPE, Engineers Without Borders, etc.)
