What is a Leader in Me?

A Leader In Me job typically refers to positions within schools or organizations that implement the Leader in Me program, which is based on Stephen Covey's 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.' These roles often focus on teaching leadership principles, fostering a culture of personal responsibility, and helping students develop social-emotional and life skills. Positions can include Leader in Me coordinators, teachers, or administrators who integrate the program into school curricula and culture. The goal is to empower students and staff to become proactive, goal-oriented leaders both academically and personally.
