As the Industrial & Data Centers Practice Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.The Industrial & Data Center market segment is part of S&ME's Business Growth Team where we utilize our life cycle approach providing our core services of environmental, civil, and geotechnical engineering along with construction materials testing services and special inspections to support our industrial and private clients.If you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth, and influencing strategy, we invite you to join our team. This individual can be based near any S&ME office location.What You Will Do:Drive Growth and Market ExpansionDevelop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the market for our key services; environmental, civil, and geotechnical engineering along with construction materials testing services and special inspections.Build Relationships that MatterEstablish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels within the marketCollaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationshipsLeverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner for each of our service linesDeliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnershipsLead, Build, and Inspire TeamsPartner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scaleMentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutionsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growthDeliver ExcellenceEnsure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfactionStay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamicsChampion innovation and continuous improvement to keep S&ME at the forefrontWhat You Bring:Proven success driving revenue growth of our core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing/special inspections) within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar marketsStrong network and client relationships within the industrial and./or data center industry10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership rolesYou have a proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center marketRelevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.Our Culture: Built on ValuesWe don't just talk about values-we live them.
