Job description

Red Branch Outdoor Living designs and builds premium outdoor living spaces across South Alabama, including decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and custom backyard spaces.


We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional to grow our business through referral partnerships, networking, community events, and industry relationships. This is not a sales closing role—you’ll focus on building trust, creating connections, and generating qualified introductions.

Compensation:

$65,000 at plan


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with realtors, builders, landscapers, pool companies, designers, HOAs, and other referral partners
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and community functions
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learns and partner presentations
  • Maintain referral partner activity in our CRM
  • Generate qualified introductions for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently and strengthen partner relationships
  • Share market feedback and new opportunities with the team


What Success Looks Like:

  • New referral partners developed
  • Meetings and networking activities completed
  • Qualified leads and appointments generated
  • Referral-sourced projects sold
  • Consistent CRM tracking and follow-up
