Job description

Assumes overall responsibility for the branch. Supports, reinforces and maintains the overall service and sales culture of the Bank by and through actively directing and participating in various ongoing and periodic sales and product promotions including Deposit, Loan, Commercial and Trust products and services. Makes personal contacts with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers. Makes regular referrals and encourages branch staff to make regular referrals of Bank products and services within the context of performance standards and Leadership expectations.

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years banking or related experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience required
